We offer an "insider" perspective, as each member of the Connect2 Communications senior team has spent a significant part of their career either inside companies or as technology journalists. This gives us a unique point of view on how to help our clients communicate their message, extend their brand and enhance their sales programs.
Founded by Rich Williams in 2003, Connect2 Communications was created to address the flaws in the typical PR agency model. With 17 years of communications experience in both start-up and large equipment companies, Rich worked with many different agencies and started to notice a pattern - meet a senior agency representative in the beginning, get passed off to a junior person with little experience and no understanding of the client's market, and only meet with the senior team when the account was in trouble.
At Connect2 Communications, the team we introduce to our clients at the beginning is the same team who manages the account day in and day out. We carefully match each team member's skill set to the appropriate account so each client gets the strongest team possible.
